SITM: Thomas Rawls on joining the Seattle Seahawks; analyzing 2015 NFL Draft results for UM, MSU, CMU and Lions

Sports in the Mitten is powered by

The A2i Wheel and Tire Guestline presents Flint’s Thomas Rawls during Monday’s post-2015 NFL Draft edition of Sports in the Mitten with Adam Biggers and John Gustin.

Rawls, formerly of Central Michigan, Michigan and Flint Northern, wasn’t drafted during this past weekend’s seven-round process, but he has struck a free-agent deal with the Seattle Seahawks. Set to join Marshawn Lynch and Russell Wilson, Rawls couldn’t be happier to live his dream and start a career with one of the NFL’s elite franchises.

He joins SITM to discuss his process and emotional weekend.

Adam and John also discuss selections from Michigan, Michigan State and Central Michigan, analyzing the best fits for those who were drafted and for those who made UDFA agreements.

Floyd vs. Manny

Grand Rapids’ Floyd Mayweather moved to 48-0 after Saturday night’s unanimous decision over Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas. Adam and John debate the significance of Money Mayweather’s victory.

Adam also has notes on the Great Lakes Loons, Midland's A-ball affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

And because CBS released a preseason poll, Adam and John close the show with Spartans and Wolverines basketball. MSU is No. 8 in the poll. UM is No. 19.

Let Adam and Roman’s team of experts help you get the most out of your ride with custom accessories, parts (new and used), rims and tires. Shipping is available, and most orders within Midwest are completed in 2-3 days.
