Bowl season is now in full swing and Adam Biggers is in Miami to supply Michigan fans with their fully recommended dose of Wolverine's football. Adam calls in from poolside to update us on all the happenings leading up to the Dec. 30 Orange Bowl between #6 Michigan and #11 Florida State.

Michigan State's men's basketball team defeated the Minnesota Golden Gophers in overtime 75-74 behind a another strong double-double from freshman Nick Ward (22 points, 10 rebounds) and an unexpected hero in senior Alvin Ellis III. John breaks down the win and ponders what the future line up should be considering the developing trends in the squad.

Finally, John quickly shares his thoughts and feelings on the Detroit Lion's lose to the Dallas Cowboy in Monday Night Football and what 2017 should hold for head coach Jim Caldwell. Also we check in on the Detroit Pistons after coach/president of basketball operations Stan Van Gundy inserted forward Jon Leuer into the starting lineup. All this and more on today's episode of Sports in the Mitten!
